Bank Of America Customers: Sign Up For The Privacy Payout: "Are you a former or current Bank of America credit card holder?' You may be eligible for a payout in a $14 million class-action settlement over BOA's privacy practices reached between the banking giant and privacy groups.' The groups charged the company with selling social security numbers and other private data to marketers for millions of dollars.

Some'35 million people fit the criteria of holding a BoA credit card sometime after 1995, and all of them can sign up for a'portion of the settlement here.' BoA customers who simply don't want their info sold can do that over the phone:' (888) 341-5000.
