A state appeals court says Oklahoma's privacy law does not prohibit using a camera to look under a woman's skirt.
The state Court of Criminal Appeals says Riccardo Ferrante broke no law when he used a camera to look under the skirt of a 16-year-old girl at a store in Tulsa.
Ferrante was charged with being a "Peeping Tom" but the appeals court says the victim was not in a place "where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy."
The ruling upholds a Tulsa County district judge's decision to dismiss the felony charge against Ferrante.
Prosecutors say they'll ask state lawmakers to make changes in the privacy law.
